Der Unfallvorgang wird systematisch besprochen und die jeweiligen Symptome des Kindes abgefragt. Das Gespräch bietet sofortige Sicherheit, da Fragen fachlich beantwortet werden. Ängste und Aufregung werden mit dem Gespräch reduziert. Zum Schluss wird eine Empfehlung zur weiteren Vorgehensweise auf den Weg gegeben. Falls Eltern sich unsicher sind und nicht sofort ins Krankenhaus gehen möchten, bietet die App eine gute Voreinschätzung für die eigene Entscheidung.
