I ordered from the app for the first time in September 2025. As of December, I have not received my product, and multiple attempts at the customer service chat throughout the months have been unanswered. The refunds and returns page conveniently leads to error 404, does not exist. So I'm out like fifty bucks. Plus updates. *2025-11-16* 11/14/25 Checked the app and as of today the order is "fulfilled", or at least has had a shipping label made. I would have appreciated communication, notification, something. 8/22/25Update: No one has gotten back to me, so I'm out fifty dollars for no product. Edit: my order has been on hold for more than a week. I've attempted the email option of the help chat a few times with no response. I am on with the live chat option now, which gave me a wait time of "more than fifteen minutes". It has been more than an hour. I am attempting to download the app onto my tablet as well so that my phone isn't tied up; I'm meant to type in an email verification code, which has not been emailed to me. Original: Not a great app at the moment, but I believe it will improve with time, since it's new. Home page: struggles to load for me. And as a shopper who downloaded the app because I already like the products, videos being the main page doesn't appeal to me. Shopping/products is actually buried in the account page and the shopping cart page, even though that's the primary tool I'd want from the app. Subscriptions and points, on the other hand, have their own tabs on the toolbar, when they're typically under the account section. I bought a shampoo and conditioner, but was not given the option to set up a subscription, so I'm not sure how to do that in the app. If I select "continue shopping" from the cart tab, I can find the rosemary biotin items I decided to purchase. But if I use "shop all" from the account tab, "shampoo and conditioner bars" does not actually have all of the shampoo and conditioner bars. You have to poke around in essential oils, collections, etc., in order to see everything.
