After you install and activate in Etrade You will need to open the VIP app before you log into Etrade, then double tap the code to copy then paste into login screen. You can turn this security feature on and off in Etrade’s security settings. I plan to turn it off or delete it before I change or upgrade phones or devices, I’ve read that it can be a problem if it’s active when changing or upgrading devices.
