I would love to give this a proper rating if it would ever boot up! so that I can use for work.

We all know this app is slow, but can you make a colorblind accessible version of the pin maps? The red and green you use are IDENTICAL to the non-buy gray. An easy fix is different shapes, cmon y’all it’s almost 2024.

From searching accounts, using the calendar, looking at iDig information, everything is running slow. Trying to preplan with the calendar is a nightmare because it takes forever. Please help with an update.

After I submit a report, it will show 2-3 times sometimes - or not at all. I try refreshing all, it does not work. I try signing out and it won’t let me sign back in because it instantly crashes the moment I try to reopen the app. I have had to delete and reinstall several times now to try to sweep the bugs. Terrible version.

Account level entry is easy, but the iDig reports never show. It just says downloading, and never ends. Makes it tough to drill down if you're in an account, or about to go in.

I work for a beverage distributor and we have thousands of different products in our warehouse. While I’m out in an account I use karma to keep track of my gradings and when we ran out of a certain product I mark it on here. However, now when I go to use that function I have to literally scroll down the alphabetical list of all these different packages until I find what I’m looking for. The search bar doesn’t pull anything up at all. I would appreciate fixing this bug, I love this app lol it makes my life so much easier

Great company and they are constantly iterating to make it better.  We use this with our sales force and field visibility has never been better.
