## What is VIP Ops?

Event Operations is the show-day toolkit for VIP guest list management and on-site check-in. Built for office staff coordinating from the road and door teams running the front of house.

THIS APP IS INVITE-ONLY Access is restricted to authorized Event Operations staff and partner organizations. If you don't already have an invitation from your event team, this app isn't for you — please contact your operations lead.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-09-29

A brand-new look, and dark mode.

The whole app has been redesigned around the people who use it most: the team at the door.

Dark mode: The app now follows your device's appearance setting. At a dark venue, the check-in list no longer lights up the room (or your face). Prefer to choose? Set Light or Dark in Settings → Appearance.

Color-coded pass tiers: Every guest row carries its package tier as a color tab, and matching filter pills let you show just the tiers you're working. Spot a Meet & Greet from across the table.

Smarter check-in search: Tap to search and the search bar now pins to the top of the screen while you type, with results in clear view above the keyboard. Search by name, email, seat, or section. Cancel snaps it back within thumb's reach.

Stay signed in: Log in once and the app keeps you signed in, like the other apps you use every day. No more hunting for a login code at doors.

Better on iPad: Full layout fixes for iPad, including the sidebar and status bar.

Updated App Icon

Plus: faster page loads throughout, per-ticket check-in polish, guest editing and exports, and dozens of smaller fixes.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-26

• Updated Filters and Color Coding for Checkin In View
• Streamlined Local Rep Invite Flow
• Other minor improvements.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-22
