Often, our residents have to use Uber/Lyft because the car is either going to be too late or it’s down again. The valet has to set it up in advance for it to work. If they don’t it won’t work properly. Once it’s set up it works very very well. You request the car the valet brings it. If you have any special requests, you can message them through the app. My wife can order my car and I can order hers and we each know when it arrives at the same time. ### 5/5 — The app works when set up right *2025-08-21* Don’t listen to the other reviews the app works extremely well when set up right. Our condo uses this service for our valet and I like the way I can chat with my valet.
