Fortunately I didn’t put too much money in, but in trying to transfer it, they have not even responded to my email requesting the withdrawal. That’s right. You have to send an email and with a copy of a filled out paper form to get a withdrawal. I look forward to joining whatever class action lawsuit ends up being filed against this company. Also, sometimes the app just doesn’t even open. So functionally it’s bad too. ### 1/5 — False Advertisement *2025-09-21, version 2.7.5* Advertisement says bet $5 get $100 Free Bets signed up logged in and it says bet $20 get $100 this is just evil pure greed ### 1/5 — Good luck withdrawing your money *2025-09-20, version 2.7.5* Originally, I was not going to use this app due to their limited funds transfer options. Then they offered a debit card option, but that option broke right after I joined. I’ve now spent almost a month trying to make a simple withdraw. They keep telling me they’re working on it and then when they finally found a way to pay me, that failed too! Absolutely the worst betting site and there is no guarantee you will ever get your money. Looking at the reviews, it appears most are experiencing when I have experience. I encourage you to file a grievance with Tennessee Sports Wagering Council so we can protect others from this scam site. ### 1/5 — Can’t even get pass signing up *2025-09-20, version 2.7.5* Don’t even bother downloading app it’s horrible ### 1/5 — Withdraw Is Difficult *2025-09-18, version 2.7.5* It is very easy to put money on the app but to withdraw it is almost impossible. It just seems like the app was forgotten, the only way to cash out that I could find works is a WIRE transfer, so please save your money and use a different app. ### 1/5 — Total scam *2025-09-04* Originally, I was not going to use this app because they’re limited funds transfer options. Then they offered a debit card option so I joined. Now that is broken and the only way to get your money through some expensive wire transfer or this play+ money whatever that is. Do not expect this to be like any normal sports betting app Difficult to login, frequently have to close and reopen the app to get to login. Then there’s no way of saving your login information so it has to be manually typed every time. I couldn’t even get to the withdrawal function for 10 days. **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. Debit card withdrawals are temporarily unavailable due to a payment processor issue. We have recently added the option to request withdrawals via ACH transfer, which is both free, and returns the funds directly to your bank account. We anticipate adding back direct debit card withdrawals in the very near future. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2025-09-02, version 2.7.0* Terrible unusable app in every possible way ### 1/5 — This book will steal your money *2025-08-29, version 2.7.0* Claimed that I had overdrawn $208.50 and took that out of my account without me being able to do anything! This book will steal your money, point blank. Beware! ### 1/5 — Do not trust this company *2025-08-26, version 2.7.0* So I was enlightened to find out the local Sportsbook finally offered debit card withdrawals and deposits. I registered signed all up and won 51 bucks nothing even crazy. Go to withdraw and the debit card had been removed. The only options to withdraw now are wire transfer which will cost you 40 bucks to withdraw and is a 3 page form you have to fill out. The only other option is some VIP paid card which you have to register for and it will go on that card for you to spend. Just stick with the big regulated companies and avoid this mess.
