I felt liked was dumped in with no instructions. The help and support links were like 3-question FAQs. When I was down from my original buy-in, in a room, I had no idea if I could click something to get back up to my original buy-in. I clicked to chat "using keyboard," and no keyboard appeared. (I'm on an iPad 1.) I could probably deal with the lack of help, if I could at least ask other players at a table how to do something, but no dice there. In this version of poker, Amy ONE of these hands occurs more often than one or two pair. A better site would offer computer selected random deals. I would contact them and then they would be replaced; then I wouldn't play for a long period of time and they would disappear again! I am angry because I purchased the bulk of my chip stack!!! It loses connection every 2 minutes or so. It's 100% NOT my connection, as I play all sorts of other games and such with zero issues. It's either their app or their servers. The disconnects cause you to automatically fold. It's so bad, I may just leave my game cash unused and move on to something enjoyable that doesn't make me want to strangle the app programmers.
