Don’t ever trust this company 
I had a confirmed booking with vip cars for a rental, but upon arrival, the rental company couldn't find my reservation. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. I was left without the rental I had booked and paid for the worst company I never ever booked with company again

Do not use this app, every time there’s an issue they’re not responsible for it, they blame they actual company you rented from, I didn’t receive my complete deposit back for a car I rented in Spain , the partial deposit is due to the exchange rate they said, I couldn’t find any help through the app, really don’t use them

I wish I could leave zero stars because VIP cars has hands down the worst insurance I have ever seen. It is a long, unnecessarily complicated process with the lack of communication and language barrier making it even more difficult and nearly impossible. The customer service is terrible, not only is their a lack of English speakers/ speakers who speak different languages, they have no training in customer service and will waste your time by running you in circles. I’m cases of emergency or an accident they are not going to help whatsoever and will instead demand you to pay for everything and say they’ll reimburse you later on. But if you’re not from the country or use a different currency they will end up reimbursing you a lesser amount with the excuse of the conversion rate. They will do their best to scam you out of your money so they have less work to do and more money in their pockets at the end of the day. I advise buying insurance when you go to pick up your vehicle.

Lousy app. Buggy, crashes, data input sticks, etc makes app worthless.

its a good company to rent the best car from and its the cheapest 
and they have a good call centre for any help 24/7

Works very well. Lots of cars to choose from and lowest pricing on almost all locations and for all suppliers. A few niggles here and there, but overall a great app when you need it the most. Used it twice on reachig airport and worked flawlessly in finding a great car at lowest price, right on the spot, just like Uber. Uber for Self Drive car rentals, maybe?
