I got the Viper Vtooth1000 .I have an IPhone 10 logged in started playing kicked me out after hitting the bullseye. I changed the batteries and still same thing. If it does let you get to the end of a game it will kick you out before you get your stats. I’m extremely disappointed in this dartboard and app. Viper needs to fix this problem maybe I would give it a better rating ### 1/5 — App keeps closing during Game in progress *2021-01-27, version 4.08* App and Board appeared to be a nice setup, but 4 of 6 games the app closed out while the game was in progress resulted in game progress being lost. This is extremely frustrating when you invest the time into the game without getting the expected end result 66% of the time. All other games do it! For others the next player is a reset push until it displays three lines per GLD Please add Shanghai and round the clock Also a link to speak directly to developer would be great, many ideas could help!? Just thought about it, also a way to offload all scores would help to keep a permanent record! Keep up the great work and the updates coming. ### 5/5 — I love it 90% of the time *2017-02-01, version 1.5* When an update to fix the connectivity issue is released I will update my rating to 5 stars. The app mostly works well. 90% of the time it connects without any issue. That other 10% can cause a little frustration. When it won't connect it seems to get stuck in a loop where the board thinks it is still playing a game but the app has stopped the game. I found unplugging the batteries, completely closing the app, plugging my the batteries back in, and restarting the app fixes the issue. Talked with a couple of people at the company who make the app and they were all helpful. They said they are aware of the issue and working to resolve. ### 4/5 — Great Start *2019-01-15, version 2.0* Only used once so far, but it worked great for a game of Cricket! It instantly connected to my old ipad mini with no problems. I wish it had Around the World and a few other random dart games. The interface is clean, but not amazing. ### 4/5 — Pretty Cool... until the 3rd Round *2016-12-03, version 1.5* So, it works pretty cool keeping score and talking, until you get to the 3rd round (leg) then the voice stops. Also, if you play single games, after every game you have to turn the dart board off and back on to reconnect for another game. It disconnects too often to get 5 stars. Otherwise we love the app and not having to keep score on our '01 games. Our latest issue is it was discovering characteristics and refused to reset the board after turning it off and closing the app and starting over, it still showed the last dart thrown on the board score. I throw darts weekly in a league so having this at home is a great practice board, maybe just tweak the app for issues. ### 3/5 — Great but crashes every game. *2021-01-13, version 4.08* Please fix this ASAP ### 3/5 — Scoring *2019-12-10, version 3.13* Not sure if there is a way to get MPR scoring for cricket instead of PPD?? It Makes no sense to track PPD in cricket when it is normally tracked by marks per round. ### 3/5 — Why does Bluetooth disconnect after every game??? *2019-02-17, version 3.13* This app is ok, but it’s so annoying how the Bluetooth disconnects after every game and then has to reconnect, and most times it has a difficult time reconnecting. I have to power off then power on the dartboard for it to connect again. Please fix this!! ### 3/5 — Has potential, buts needs some work *2018-02-10, version 2.0* 95% of this apps works well but the last 5% can be aggravating. Have not had connection problems that others have mentioned. I did notice that when app is looking for a device it will not connect until next player is pressed on the board, but this seems to work consistently well. The addition of bounce out and miss buttons on the app is a nice addition for the latest version but functionality is not there for a bounce out that resulted in a bust. Pressing bounce out at this time does nothing. My most significant frustration is that there is no way to correct a score. Not uncommonly, a dart will hit the back of another dart, registering a score value for the stationary dart while landing in a different value. There needs to be a way select an individual dart score and change it before moving to the next player. ### 3/5 — I like it, needs a little work *2017-12-28, version 1.5* Having troubles choosing the players I created to go in the order I want. It just won’t let me choose some players sometimes. And maybe enlarge the players names. The score display is a little small being I want to set my ipad near the dart board. The picture of the dart board on the right side of the screen is not as important as seeing the cricket scores and players names with ease. Would appreciate these updates. Thanks! ### 3/5 — Not bad, but... *2017-05-27, version 1.5* So most of the time, this app works great. But, after playing a couple games, the sound will turn off. Then it will randomly crash in the middle of a game. So after every two games, we have to shut the app down and restart. Otherwise, it works well.
