Who does that in the year 2023? How do they not have an Apple Pay function? Even if they don't offer Apple Pay they still should have the scanner option for your credit card. They wasted so much energy on adding functions that require you to say that you realize the passes are nonrefundable. You'd think they'd throw a little bone toward making the app more user-friendly. If the purchasing experience is this unsatisfactory, I hate to imagine what's going to happen once the passes actually get on my phone, IF they get on my phone smh. ### 4/5 — Easy Peasy *2022-07-20, version 1.19* We’ve been using VIPLY since first introduced. Since no beaches were open, the weather being awful, and since I just purchased them the day before, I asked if I could switch the beach, they said no refunds and couldn’t even help me. Why couldn’t I switch the beach when it was still snowing? Or why couldn’t I get a refund, so I can take that money to apply it to a different beach? Awful customer support/company/policy.
