Note: VIPP requires Bluetooth permission to communicate with locks. Location permission is required for BLE scanning and may be used to help find nearby units. Camera permission is required only if using the QR code scanning feature.

Fixed a bug that would sometimes show a blank welcome screen when a new user was created.   Updated the name of the app from VIPP to VIPP Club to make it clearer for our users.  Also updated the BLE connection to work with a new smart lock hardware that we have.  No other changes were made.
