## What is VIR for Vessel Vetting?

A mobile application with offline capability for quick turn around of vessel inspection reports. Inspector can see a list of ships assigned. Sync with the backend application to get latest forms. Sync back when inspection over to generate report when internet available. Data saved offline even without
internet.
