Bonjour,

Je vous contacte concernant l’application Viral App, qui a récemment entraîné un prélèvement non désiré sur mon compte. L’application propose un essai gratuit, mais ne mentionne pas clairement les frais ultérieurs, ce qui a conduit à un débit de 39,99 € sans mon consentement.

Je souhaite donc demander un remboursement intégral de ce montant. Par ailleurs, je tiens également à signaler ces pratiques trompeuses, car elles ne permettent pas une transparence suffisante, notamment en ce qui concerne la résiliation de l’abonnement et la mention explicite de l’application sur les relevés bancaires.

Je vous remercie par avance pour votre compréhension et votre aide afin de résoudre cette situation de manière équitable.

Le fonctionnement de l’essai gratuit et de l’abonnement est explicitement indiqué avant la validation, notamment :
	•	la durée du free trial (3 jours)
	•	le prix (39,99€)
	•	et le fait que l’abonnement démarre automatiquement à la fin de l’essai si l’utilisateur n’annule pas avant la fin des 3 jours (conformément aux règles de l’App Store).

Par ailleurs, votre paiement avait déjà été remboursé avant même la publication de votre commentaire. Celui-ci est donc hors sujet et peut induire en erreur d’autres utilisateurs.

Nous vous demandons de le retirer ou de le modifier en conséquence.

i’m very upset that it isn’t not accurate and it crashes when i need the insight

I don’t understand the lower reviews, there might have been a bug or something that’s now been fixed, because it works perfectly on my phone. The app genuinely helps, and it even helped me get out of being shadowbanned on TikTok.

I was honestly surprised this app actually gives useful feedback, not generic tips. It pointed out exactly what to fix in my video, I applied it, and so far my video is at 59k views with much better watch time. I recommend it.
