Ограниченная зона покрытия. При выезде из доступной зоны самокат перестал ехать и начал пищать. Пришлось руками перетаскивать его в доступную зону

No wonder there are so many beautiful unused scooters around the city. They make it impossible to register and thus hire. Such a waste of time and resources. Take the bus or walk instead.I’ve wasted 2 hours trying to register

Было несколько удачных поездок, сегодня не получилось взять в аренду 2 самоката из-за технических проблем в приложении. Увидел, что минуты капают, после нескольких попыток кое-как удалось завершить сеанс. Обратился в поддержку: их сотрудник не разобравшись в проблеме, нахамил мне, потребовал предоставить доказательства списаний и заблокировал аккаунт. Пока что худший сервис в Узбекистане, оценка 0

Отвратительный режим бронирования аренды и парковки, чтобы взять самокат в аренду нужно дважды заплатить за бронирование, первый раз берёшь включается режим аренды самокат не работает, выходишь из режима, снимают деньги, снова подключаешься со второго раза самокат запускается. Пару раз были сложности с парковкой, ставишь рядом с другими самокатами в месте где всегда они стоят, а программа пишет что тут парковаться нельзя и не дает припарковать. Сегодня вообще все самокаты перепробовал ни один не получилось взять в аренду.
Сами самокаты неплохие, ограничение скорости 25 километров в час, в горку едут 23-22 километра в час.
Пожелание разработчикам: наведите порядок в приложении, сделайте адекватным подключение и сдачу из аренды.

В городе есть один очень популярный онлайн арендатор самокат, все прекрасно знают о ком я, но ихние самокаты все уже 20км/ч максимальная скорость. ViRent все еще 25км/ч и только изза этого я пытаюсь все ровно выбрать их, но как и другой отзыв сказал у меня 100% такая же проблема. Деньги снимают сразу, и когда проблема с программой или самокатом, не возвращают даже если объяснишь все в деталях. Всегда вина клиента, хочу оставить самокат в зеленой зоне(парковка) не работает программа. Звоню- пока все объясняю, пока они попросят оставить у метро(хоть я у парковки), идет время, не забывайте что за каждую минуту которые я жду что бы выключили, у меня снимают деньги. Короче говоря, компания работает лево. Я уверен на все 100 что я не первый который им звонит и говорит о таких проблемах, и то что они не хотят работать с клиентом доказывает что хотят подработать еще чуток с клиента. Хоть это всего 2-4 доллара которые они ни за что сняли у меня, они за это ответят рано или поздно!

Приложение не работает вообще, я стоял 20 минут, чтобы QR-код заработал, и каждое подключение стоит денег. После подключения и включения скутера он не будет ездить. Я попробовал это сделать 3 раза, но каждый раз он не ездил. Я написал в техподдержку, но они тупо игнорировали мои сообщения. В 4-ый раз я подключился и поездил, но когда я хотел отключиться, страница просто зависала. В 5-ый раз я дозвонился до колл-центра, и они сказали, чтобы я оставил скутер в определенном месте. Ужасно!
