Just doesn’t work. Like everything Virgin do, it’s convoluted and frustrating with no guidance or explanation as to why it doesn’t work.

Every time I use this app it keeps logging me out! Then doesn’t accept my password

Far too many ads! Added to which the fact that it doesn’t remember where you last left off if you didn’t finish the episode previously, means that you have to go through at least two full sets of ads to try to find where you left off. A facility to download episodes would go a long way towards solving this.

This app is a joke. Want to watch rugby, forced to watch 10  20-30 secs adds. Ok… fine… they need to earn money. Need to check another app… guess what, start again on the adverts. I’ll avoid buying the products this app pushes due to this experience
