He will do NOTHING to try and help you or do his job and provide customer service. Rayan, you do not deserve to call yourself a customer service agent. I used this app once, and never again will I ever use this platform again. I will stick to Amazon who have proved that they are leaders when it comes to service. Goodbye Virgin, you will not see my money again. First of all, the app never tells you the exact delivery date when you order. I expected 1-3 days delivery but the items haven’t been delivered to me until I sent an email, called customer service and the courier countless times. I wanted to cancel the order but the CS told me it wasn’t possible and I had to wait for the courier to call to cancel. It has been a week and still no items. Secondly they charged directly to my debit card without any confirmation code or notification from my side. It’s a cyber security breach and I was very upset about it. I called their customer service hotline and they made such a dumb excuse for it, they said one item wasn’t available so thus the deduction which is nonsense because they were supposed to refund me the money not deduct an additional amount from my card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Overall the worst online experience I had. It’s not true at all, and my experience proved it.
