If you need to contact a representative, you have to “request” a call. They do not offer any alternatives besides an AI. Tried out the pay per use data plan. Turns out it’s an additional $20 just for 1GB (on top of the static $40/month) ### 5/5 — Love it! *2026-08-11, version 11.8.0* It’s easy to navigate and make changes to things on our account… We have four phones in our family and it’s easy to navigate between devices. It also allows you to see clearly what you’re planning includes, what you are being built for and there’s always easy access to information.
