At home I can watch the video, no problems with the picture- though the app thinks there is and every few seconds a message “ video taking too long to load- keep trying?” message comes up in front of the still clearly playing video! I thought this was the fault of my ancient iPhone 8, but I now have a new iPhone and it’s still doing it.
