Can’t get past the Login / Sign up page. 
Consent page will not move or reduce in size to allow access to the the check box!

Thanks for your feedback—it’s very valuable during our early launch. This issue was linked to accessibility settings (e.g. larger text) and a non-scrollable pop-up, preventing button access.

Version 1.1.1 is now live and should fix this. We appreciate your review.

It’s horrible. I now do all my interaction via logging on to the website. I can’t find anything on the app it’s easy on the website

Absolutely mind boggling why you’d release an app without a back button on iOS. Makes it absolutely useless!

Great company - rubbish app. Simple functionality like a back button doesn’t exist and the app is not user friendly. Such fundamental things to overlook. Perhaps the coders were sampling too much of the product?

I love Virgin wines but not the app. It is essentially just the website. Offers no real functionality above and beyond what is available on the website and it is frustrating as I need to enter my password every time I go onto the app.

I really wanted an easy way to inform of what looks like a technical glitch on the app without giving a negative review but, hey-ho, if that’s possible you’ve made it too hard. When I click from search result to detail of an item I can’t navigate back and have to rerun the search again. Please give me a back to results button.

I can’t seem to report this issue anywhere else and can’t access the app - this has been happening for 3 weeks, I have updated the app and deleted it and reinstalled it - still the same issue
