When I do that the app tells me I already have one but I don’t. I guess it’s a bug. This is getting on my last nerve because I seriously need to enroll in a different company cause the city I live in doesn’t take UHC. ### 1/5 — Zero communication. *2021-01-07, version 2.0* Since Virginia premiere did not let me know that the doctor I had been using with Kaiser was not covered (even though it let me select her as my provider) I continued my prenatal care for three more visits since I have one month left of my pregnancy. Today when I received my member card there was a random doctors name. I called this doctors office to find out he was not even a doctor anymore. I also found out they will not allow me on that plan (that it let me select) over 3 weeks later and am left paying those bills, finding a new doctor, and a new hospital to deliver at weeks before my due date. ### 1/5 — Not Loading *2020-09-20, version 2.0* Just downloaded this app, to enroll in my MCO for Health Insurance and when I click to open the app it’s just continues to have a purple circle in the middle of the screen going in a circular motion with broken dashes, which I’m assuming indicates that it’s loading. But that’s all the app does, it’s been well over 10 minutes and that’s all I’ve got. I don’t know if there is a bug or there is an update that’s being worked on. But I hope it gets fixed soon! I was very happy that I could just sign up on my mobile device using this app without the hassle being on hold for awhile over the phone. Please fix ASAP! Thank you! ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2019-12-30, version 1.0.1* I tried many times to find a prove set in the nearby city where my doctors’ offices are located but the app would only show doctors in my hometown. The city, Charlottesville, is 15 miles from my location. I searched for providers within 20, then 50, miles and the results were doctors in Crozet only. So much is covered, and is easy to find out what is and isn’t. Lots of improvements. Am a lot more optimistic than I was in the past for whoever needs the help, getting the care they need. Afraid that will also lead to more of what’s happening in my life though - persons getting away with crimes because “there’s treatments he could be in” and not knowing of the years of inadequate, dangerous, religiously/treatment opinionly biased and positioned to retaliate discreetly against patients/peers, MAKE HEALTH EVEN WORSE, environments of Substance Use, Mental Health, Behavioral Health - if you really think 12 step is the way to go… its just cuz you didn’t realize what was happening to people, and that the situation was technically leading to crimes/misdiagnosis/fraud.. ☹️ whatever.. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2025-10-09, version 3.3* So it was so easy to select a plan select a provider by location and it was really really really helpful especially the comparison charts.
