App crashes immediately upon login. Useless.

I cant log in.  I’ve tried my number with the “b” and without.  I can log into the state website but not to the app.  

Worse, the app won’t let you change your login ID.  So each time I want to try something different I have to delete the app a re-download.  

I hope they get this working because it would be a very useful app.

The log in from the IPhone app has issues. Won’t let me use the keyboard to enter my user ID but will let me enter my password. Problem, it’s not the right ID and I can’t change the ID. The online, not mobile site works ok. This app looks great on other peoples phones. So 1 star for existing and 1 star for looking good on other peoples mobile devices. No stars for my device.

The app won’t let you change your login ID. So if you mistakenly put the “b” in front or just type it wrong you have to delete the app a re-download.  That means you also can’t log into more than one account on the same device.  

There is no facial recognition that I e found, so I still have to copy and paste my password from somewhere else in my phone (since the password is such a nightmare).

I am excited to have this option to replace my paper card when scanning for CEUs.
