The impact, however, can be huge. Depending on how you use the app, it can soothe emotions, clear your mind, help engage focus, (my kids even love it). Can’t plant the seedlings I bought. No instructions in the app or assistance. Complete waste of money and now I’m really angry. Yeah, the premise is simple, but that’s the beauty of it because it is well done, doesn’t over explain, doesn’t have ads or glitches, it works. It’s a tranquil retreat where you can tend to your “garden”. Patience, calm slowing down to admire and tend to your pot, you relax…. The music soothes, the plants grow (realistically), the color tones soothe. This time around I get what the gentle pulse of the view is doing, very subtle, but relaxing in its breath like movement. It’s stupid simple, no distractions, no diversions. It’s balm for our over stimulated, dopamine driven souls.
