This app is sensational. Can view and plan out all your sessions and see the history of all your previous sessions and track your progress over over a long period of time. It is also very handy for if you are travelling as you can bring up and follow your customised sessions any where in the world. Very easy to use. Highly recommend VIRTFIT!!

Virtfit is an excellent tool to help you with your gym training. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. I love the videos and being able to track my progress week after week. Having it on my phone also means I can workout anywhere - at home, on holidays etc.
