Es super facil de usar y tienen un monton de ejercicios para crear planes de entrenamiento ### 3/5 — Ganz ok aber Mängel werden nicht behoben *2024-10-03* Ich nutze diese App seit 2 Jahren für meine PT Kunden. Schon 3 mal habe ich an den Support die Fehler in der App bezüglich Performance auf iPad und Veränderung von Kunden Trainingsplänen gemeldet. Noch immer sind nicht alle Fehler behoben. So kann man z.B nicht unkompliziert Übungen in der Mitte einer Trainingseinheit ändern und an genau dieser Stelle eine neue Übung einfügen, die dann auch auf die zukünftigen Trainingstage des Kunden übertragen wird. Immer wird die veränderte Ünung am Ende des Trainingstages eingefügt und ich muss in allen anderen Tagen , diese hinzugefügte Übung an die vorgesehene Stelle schieben. Das ist nur 1 der Bsp. Schade ist auch, dass das Thema Ernährung noch immer kaum eine Rolle spielt und keine Vorschläge für Mahlzeitenpläne abrufbar sind . Immense perte de temps, rien de plus rageant que d’écrire un programme pendant 1h et de le retrouver vierge à la fin.
