The staff said it was no issue. They said they call within a 2 hour time frame but yet, I waited in front of my screen for two whole hours to hear nothing back from my doctor. This is a very important doctors visit and this doctor is always fully booked, so this sets me back for weeks if not months. I made this appointment in October for reference.
