I established an account/login and I’ve tried to use this with 2 separate providers but can’t get past the “Your provider is reviewing your in-take form”.   I click on the icon to enter my appointment and that’s when it goes to the provider reviewing screen and stays there as the circle around the icon just continues to spin.  What am I missing in the connection process?

i made an appointment but the price wasn’t shown to me until i clicked “start appointment” i was prepared to pay around $75 or so. however it revealed that the appointment was $250. looks like another failure in getting literally any doctor to help me.

I’m having trouble accessing my account. It says my username (my email) isn’t listed, so I go to create an account with the same email and it says username is already being used. Any help?

Writing this review in response to the previous reviewer who titled her post “Pure Crap.” I had the same frustration at first trying to help a client with the app, but then noticed the “Need an Account?” text below it. When you click on that, it takes you to a page where you enter your healthcare organization’s name. I think it should work from there. Hope this helps!

He is a genius in his own right. He has come up
with solutions to issues I’ve had that no other doctor has ever suggested. I can not recommend him enough for general practice care, and even specific issues, just book a regular appt and ask him what he thinks. He knows a lot about a lot regarding health and the body, including pharmacopeia and/or alternatives for psychological issues.

The best telemedicine doctors available especially for integrative medicine!!   App is easy to use and prices are fair given the quality of care and their time!  

By the way-All the previous reviews were from when this app was not fully live!   Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!
