Each choir member can record their own part & then upload to the person putting it all together. Our first collective choir recording sounds amazing. ### 5/5 — Easy to use! *2020-11-06, version 1.4* As a choir member, I really recommend this app. It’s very easy to use as it’s very self explanatory. You’re able to select either a new recording or listen to previous recordings. If you want to record, you’re able to select which track you want to record and which section. You can record it and listen back to it as many times as you like without saving it. If you choose to save it, you can then listen to all your saved recordings before choosing one to submit. Then, when you’re happy with your selection you just press ‘submit’ and you’ve done it! The songs which have been mixed together for us sound amazing! ### 5/5 — Makes learning songs a piece of cake! *2020-11-06, version 1.4* Since our choir has started using this App I’ve enjoyed our online rehearsals even more. The choirmaster can put pieces of music he wants us to learn into the separate parts and so enable us to practice more easily. After successfully recording with my Choir, we have already managed to record a really professional sounding recording of a beautiful song which is going to be part of our Magic Voices Lockdown Album. This should get negative stars. This app owes stars to other apps for being so bad. ### 1/5 — Avoid the download... Avoid the headache *2021-01-02* All I get is that my account has been blocked my administrator. No help on password recovery or anything. ### 2/5 — Choir leaders beware! *2021-03-25, version 2.0* I signed up to this app to be able to record my choirs in lockdown. The app itself is great and easy to use. Your choir members sign up to the app and can log in and sing to your rehearsal tracks, recording themselves. BUT... What they don’t tell you is that once they have your choir members’ emails they then can email them with details of a Virtual choir they run online, offering a free taster session and then coaxing them to join their choir with the promise of a concert at Wembley Arena in 2022. Interestingly, as choir leader I did not receive this email from them, which makes me think they know this is underhand. I didn’t know how it would turn out but the end result was amazing. It’s easy to use & allows you to record your voice as many times as you like. Uploading is extremely simple too. Nice simple list to select from and very clear audio. It was very easy to hear the backing track and play / practice the piece ... then repeat for a recording. App has a very helpful feature to upload recorded tracks to Choir Director - where those tracks are consistently labelled.
