Aplikasi Virtual Clinic membantu pasien mendapatkan layanan telekonsultasi bersama dokter di klinik untuk konsultasi paska pemeriksaan di klinik ataupun konsultasi diagnosa awal sebelum datang ke klinik

Pendaftaran dapat dilakukan dengan menghubungi Admin melalui layanan bantuan atau daftar di lokasi klinik pintar. Jika perusahaan Anda tempat bekerja telah bekerja sama dengan Klinik Pintar, Anda dapat menghubungi bagian HR di perusahaan tempat Anda bekerja.

Anda dapat mengelola profil, riwayat medis, dan informasi pembayaran bersama dengan konsultasi penjadwalan dengan dokter secara real-time, semua dalam lingkungan yang sesuai dengan HIPAA yang aman.

- Optimised & Redesign Simplified Request Consult Flow
- In Simplified Consult Request UI, In case, if all plans are inactive then display alert & by click on ‘Ok’ button, Redirect to dashboard with alert message: “There is no active plans available for user”
- There is one known bug, In Reseller is not setup properly, App crashes, issue resolved now. If plan wasn’t setup correctly, even we can complete Request Consult flow with alert message that “The Plan you are using for the entered Access Code was not fully set up. Contact Customer Support to set up Vendor for this plan and try again”
- Added Reschedule Appointment feature
- Added “Notes” section in Consult detail UI
- Added support to handle inactive/disable User, display localised message if user is disabled & then redirected to Login UI
- FirstName & Profile Image doesn’t reload properly once we modify it in my profile & go back to dashboard, Now working fine without any delay
Resolve an issue when caregiver login in app, caregiver should accept consult request
- Updated User placeholder image to more clear and high resolution
- Removed unnecessary API calls
- Make Default country visible in top in Country picker in Address Components
- Search lookup now works more smoothly with improve UI while searching/filtering Physicians, Pharmacy, Insurance Companies
- In Simplified Request Consult UI, Added Alert if Patient's Profile is not updated then ask patient to update profile & finish process in order to get valid data of caregivers, timeslots, etc.. that is based on Patient’s address, timezone, contact details, etc..
- While uploading profile picture, added an iOS native system default filter which ask for square image before uploading on server
- UI updates for AddMedication UI, Medication List UI
- Added Search by zipcode components & make improvements in Payment UI for Xendit & Bluesnap
- Added logic to display “Other” in last item in dropdown in entire app globally
- Implemented logic to update localised done button title in keyboard when language change
- Display FormattedPhoneNumber in Consult Summary UI, Search Physician UI (Display Caregiver’s Phone number), Search Pharmacy UI (Display Pharmacy’s Main number
- Resolve issue when single/multiple notifications received
