You try to put the shopping on the counter, it goes straight to an ad. Any knock on the door and you select yes, it goes straight to an ad. You try to place items from the decorate tab, it goes straight to an ad. Though there is one thing, there’s to many adds, and everything is SO expensive on it. Though I do like how it is Wi-Fi free so you can play it in the car on a road trip! To fix 2 majorly significant rooms that take up a huge part of your house you have to pay 35000 and 45000 coins…. Where as most of the other rooms are mostly reasonable some of them still cost an entire generations worth of consistent work. All of the furniture & repairs gone. I paid for coins in the store to be able to have the house in order so quickly so I'm very upset that everything randomly reset. I actually cried for about 30 mins. I checked the app & there’s no customer service whatsoever or way to request a refund for everything I bought from the store. I have no desire to start over & will not be doing so. I've been playing since middle school but l'll delete all three apps if the games requires me to start from scratch even though I paid to advance. I don’t even know what to do.. I found an email online for customer service but it doesn’t work. There’s no contact info in the app, nothing. The game came out December 6th 2012, I was 13 turning 14! I LOVE THE MUSIC THE CALMNESS AND NOSTALGIA!! It brings me back to simpler times, a quiet place and a fun little simulator that has quite literally kept ALL of my progress across all of my devices because it’s linked to my apple account! PLEASE NEVER GET RID OF THIS GAME! One thing I will say… I have NOT completed the entire collectables section!!! I feel like this is impossible as I have been playing for 13 years… and nothing! Hopefully there’s a way you guys can make that easier?
