I've just started trying this, as hypnosis is now officially recognised by doctors and scientists as a true method of therapy. 
I already feel a lot less stressed about food, I am handling my chocolate cravings with a smile. And that's a first, in 30 years. Can't wait to try the paying version! There are reviews saying to be careful, that it's a lot of money, that it's fake reviews... You have to own the app to review it, it can't be done by random people. And when you are a real yo-yo dieter like me, what's a fiver!!!!! I used to spend more on chocolate a day... Go in with a trusting mind set and relax, hear the voice, don't analyse the words, it's talking to our unconscious, not the sceptical in us.
