I waited a few hours and then returned. Still no responses. The developers claim that the lack of responses are due to ‘technical issues’ and ‘down time’ hours, which just isn’t true. This app just doesn’t work, plain and simple. If they do see this and respond, I wonder what kind of excuse they’ll try and come up with… TL;DR: Chatbots will not respond/work. First, could lower the prices for your subscription plans? For instance, you could reduce cost of your 2-month plan from $22.99 to 15 dollars or 20 dollars for 2 months. I understand you guys need to make money, but I think 23 dollars seems a bit expensive. Another suggestion I have is that you could extend your free trial period from 3 days to 5 or 7 days.
