Pros:
-The instruments are okay
-Song selection is a decent size
-The rest of the instruments are only $0.99

Cons:
-only 3 instruments are free
-full ranges of instruments are not available

What happened to the pitch slider? Ever since the new update the slider disappeared! That's the one thing that lets the instruments sound right.

This app has more features than I would expect from such a low cost application. My 2yo was playing simple progressions within minutes and loved switching between instruments. I'm not a musician and she's 2, but Virtual Instruments didn't hang/crash and it flowed seamlessly between instruments and pitch adjustments made by a two year old with a two year old's attention span.
