When I inquired how often they release videos the studio responded and Informed me they upload new videos on Sundays. They also told me which video they would be releasing that upcoming Sunday. When I checked the app on that Sunday they actually just uploaded a pre existing video under “new” that I had already saved in my library which is how I realized that they just upload old videos again and pretend it’s new content. There were two good 2-3 good instructors on the app but most of them had poor, sloppy form when teaching the class which doesn’t motivate you or teach you how to perform moves correctly. ### 5/5 — Perfect *2021-10-10* Love this, just joined and have done three sessions, had a baby a few months ago and thought it would be too hard but Mumma Beans is perfect & loving the cardio ### 5/5 — Love VLB *2021-10-07* Joined VLB during Sydney’s 2021 lockdown as a way to maintain my sanity. There are heaps of classes to choose from, and within each there’s options to suit your fitness level and the equipment you have at home. The workouts are fun and the instructors are so motivating, and the current challenge has been great to guide me through which work outs to do on the daily. While it will be great to get back into the studio, as a mum of two bubs I do love how I can do the classes in that rare time I get to myself.
