### 2/5 — audio and video dont work

*2026-02-24, version 45.1*

i had virtual visits on this app multiple times and each time there was no working audio or video on my phone. i had to do meeting w my doctor over an actual phone call. what does work tho for some reason is using headphones on an ipad instead of iphone.

### 1/5 — Never has worked properly

*2026-01-08, version 45.1*

I was told by my provider that this was the way to contact them and send them pictures, etc. but it does not work. This is not the portal that they had provided for me so what is this for?

### 1/5 — Not great

*2025-12-01, version 45.1*

Can't sign in never sends me a code to my cell phone.

Also, why are there multiple apps like, why is this app different from the one? I talk to providers and send messages and make appointments in? It'd be best to just have one app.

### 3/5 — Active hold screen

*2025-02-26, version 45.1*

Overall, the system is very easy to use in the audio and video were good. However, when waiting for a practitioner, if that practitioner is late, then you’re just sitting on the screen telling you that they have been notified. After a few minutes you start to question whether you’re really still connected… It would be helpful if there was something active on that screen like a timer showing how long you have been waiting (or even old school hold music!)

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2024-08-30, version 44.1*

Terrible, terrible app! For all VM advanced tech you would think they could at least have a reasonable app. Their partners who use epic aren’t a hellava lot better but at least you can work around.

### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2024-02-02, version 44.1*

The laptop version works fine. This version can’t find my email address and help from phone number give no help.

### 1/5 — App is useless

*2023-12-21, version 44.1*

It won’t let me log in with the email that I signed up with.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2023-12-03, version 44.1*

No log in access. What a bust.

### 1/5 — Not able to log in

*2023-09-29, version 44.1*

My email address is not accepted so I can’t log in. Frustrating!! If I could give 1/2 star I would.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2023-02-09, version 44.1*

Same issue as “Miserable”. Will not accept the email used to set up the account. Poorly designed program. The number provided for help was useless. The gentleman on the other end of the line said he doesn’t have access to the system, and can only help virtual customers.
