I need my refund immediately The developers responded to this review and tried to make it seem as if they helped me. there was persistent issues that i emailed them constantly about. it’s been nearly 12 days since I’ve last heard from them. I’ve emailed them repeatedly asking for an update. No response. I repurchased another weekly subscription only for it to not work. Absolutely terrible customer service and support. They completely disregarded me. Zero care or value of a paying customer for THEIR app. I didn’t get to use the phone number at all.
