Literally a little chatgpt can code better than these developers. If y’all need any help please I would love to work with y’all because seriously why are y’all so behind. If your apartment complex uses this and threatens to tow if there is no permit issued, DO NOT LIVE THERE. I have paid $1000 in tow fees so far in less than 3 weeks because this app is not user friendly in addition to my apartment complex being unhelpful. You shouldn’t have to register cars to visit. You pay rent, that should entitle you to at least 1 visitor spot no matter what. It’s hard not to wonder if this is intentional. Is the inconvenience by design, counting on people to forget and risk getting towed, just to drive up revenue? You have to log in every time, and there’s no way to save your history or renew your car details automatically. Every 24 hours, you must enter all the information again, or your car will get towed. Provide an app that is not capable to mange errors in time. 2. That you give about 10-20 minutes frame to the town companies to pull out cars before they are capable to register again visitors or guest. 3. To not provide sources that works efficiently all time. 4. The worst experience in limited parking lot to tenants. 5. Towing cars that have stickers on their cars from previous agreements with the administration. 6. For all the times the drivers of the towing companies got into your buildings without putting the right signing. 7. For the harassment against women while towing. ### 1/5 — Terrible User Experience, Terrible User Interface *2024-12-16, version 1.7* This app seems like a first grader developed it. It doesn’t store previous license plates so you have to enter plates manually every single time, even if the same car needs a permit every day. The permits only last for 24 hours so if you need to park somewhere for let’s say 4 days, you have to enter car details 4 separate times every 24 hours. You have to sign in for every single use because it signs you out and cannot save your password/account info ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2024-11-08, version 1.7* This app doesn’t work to make changes even if you are changing the info of your own car ### 1/5 — Garbage!!! *2024-11-05, version 1.7* You can’t register your account (the app doesn’t let you!!!) but they can tow your car if you did not register. They make the registration process difficult, even impossible. You can spend a whole day with zero results. You will call them, they will make promises and then give you a new phone number, and the process starts over again, and again with zero results. ### 1/5 — Trash App *2024-09-25, version 1.7* Y’all this app straight doo doo! Only one guest for 24hrs is crazy and can’t even edit it. It really is for the tow truck drivers, i hate my complex uses them! It forces you to download their app just to update your information, which I find unreasonable. Our apartment complex imposed this requirement without considering the security implications for users. I have concerns about app security and prefer not to install applications from companies that might not prioritize strong security measures. I uninstalled the app immediately after updating my information. It would be much more user-friendly if you allowed updates through the web. This approach feels outdated and inconvenient. I strongly recommend considering alternative methods for information management. ### 1/5 — Worst *2024-08-01, version 1.7* This very bad application would be better a website. Only let me change 5 times my permits, I pay for the parking space, I can change the car several times. You have to wait 24 hours to be able to register another guest, if I am sick someone comes only for 1 hour and then another person comes and another one to visit me can not, there is no option to edit my guest space. Improve the app or switch to a website, this only benefits towers and not at all the people who live in the condo. ### 1/5 — No support help *2024-07-24, version 1.7* This app is trash, my vehicle was removed off the app when and then towed when asking support for help they were no help they wouldn’t research anything. The people who work for them have no knowledge of the app or customer service. You can't update your info via the website either, only through the app. Their website has spelling errors on it. It's so unprofessional. Here are some improvements that would greatly help: 1. Remember past guest permits I have issued. I have to issue one each time I have a guest and I typically have the same few guests visiting. Having to re-enter the same information each time is extremely tedious 2. Keep me logged in for longer. It seems like I have to log in each time I open the app. No one is going to hack my account to give fake parking passes, so just keep me logged in. 3. Let me issue more than one guest pass at a time. 3 or 4 would be a more reasonable max. 1 is ridiculous. 4. Let me issue guest passes for longer than the default 24 hours.
