This would be a great app… except I can go weeks without even being able to log in to my account. Despite it working fine on the website?

Can’t log back in after setting up an account and buying a race. Had to submit results via safari… very annoying. Tried to reset password but says can’t change social account even though it’s not set up via Facebook. Just keep getting an error saying email or password incorrect when it’s not as I can sign in no problems using an internet browser. Hopefully they will fix this soon!!

I was very excited starting my first challenge it let me pay for it and everything and now it won’t let me log back into my account no matter how many times I try

I’ve just downloaded this app, maybe an hour after my partner and I cannot click on my races. I can log in but I get no further. Reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing. Bit of a shame as now I’ll have to try the website every time I use it now.

It was an amazing app at first! I paid for 5 or 6 different races that I was super excited to take part in. I achieved my first medal (sports day 2020) and was looking forwards to getting my 5k, 10k, cycling and marathon medals, only to find out I can no longer log into the app :(. Whenever I enter my email and password it repeatedly says ‘something went wrong’ and makes me retype my details. No matter how many times I try this nothing will work :(

Great app, very easy to use and I like that my basket is properly linked to my online account, the races I put in my basket a few weeks ago came straight through on the app. Finding a new race is really simple and checking your past achievements is too. 

The only thing that concerns me is that I’ll end up signing up for lots more races 🤣
