## What is Virtual Staffing?

We have all become aware of the need to support and promote remote working, in fact this has become the new norm.

The issue is the commission charged, sometimes this in its self can become restrictive to getting the help you need when you need it, or the percentage required to add by the freelancer just means they become too expensive.

We have looked at this and believe this process should be much simpler than it is. 

“Why must both parties pay heavy commissions and forced to use tools that they just don’t honestly use?”

This is the question we have pondered, and we believe Virtual Staff answers this. 

A simple subscription model, one that does not penalize you for getting a well-paid position, one that does not add hidden charges to a project, thus pushing it out of the budget for some companies.
