Didn’t work and united didn’t even reach out to try to troubleshoot. ### 1/5 — Keeps freezing *2021-08-04, version 1.11.13* This is such a low quality application. The video keeps freezing. The guy couldn’t hear me and got annoyed. I have 1GB internet connection so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t a bad connection on my side. I also had do measurements for the company. My mic was on but I don’t have access to any settings. I cleared all other apps that were running but and we tried 3 times he couldn’t hear me. I tried clicking support on the App Store and it directs me to a login. ### 1/5 — Like doing the surveyors job for them? *2019-10-24, version 1.9.7* Yup, while your moving surveyor sits chill in their office, YOU are lucky enough to get to do their job for them. Measure your couch, measure your TV, open all the cabinets...all the jobs a surveyor who used to be physically on site used to be responsible for, now you get to do for them. Ridiculous creep of responsibility and cost saving on the part of the moving companies to fatten their bottom line . ### 1/5 — Garbage *2019-08-18, version 1.9.7* This app is ridiculous. It sends me a link via text to view my appointment time, but when I hit the link, it brings me to the download app page, and from there to my input information page. Looking forward to a smooth move. ### 5/5 — Time Saver!!! *2020-09-03, version 1.10.5* I have to be honest, I was a little leery about a "Virtual Survey". Once I was into the process it was great!! I have moved many times in the past and this was by far the best sales experience. In the past I had someone come into my home and spend 1-2 hours for the survey and then I had to listen to them drone on until I told them to get out or I booked on the spot. The old way was painful. This Virtual experience was great!! The survey only took 30 minutes and I had a price from the salesperson within an hour after that! She called to review the quote and that was it. It was so easy and SAVED SO MUCH TIME!!!! Who knows where they have been before and been exposed to covid or anything else. This is the best! This is next level and a new age way of doing this. Measuring is so simple for special items and I feel empowered. I will never do a quote any other way and I move A LOT! I feel like if you don’t like it you must be stuck in 1990!
