The AI helper is fine for small questions, but try to get human help for complex questions and that is impossible. After this trip I will switch to a different service. I will never use this one again. ### 2/5 — Data eSIM ok, VoIP has many problems, customer service non existent *2026-05-16, version 2026.5.2* Voice calls has many problems (bought numbers not working, outgoing calls fail for days). Costumer service is useless, you chat to an AI agent and a ticket is raised and then never anything happens. ### 2/5 — Difficult activation process and can’t call some numbers *2024-12-31, version 2024.6.1* I bought a US landline number for a month for emergency calls, but I couldn’t use it at all to call US numbers that has menus, so I ended up not being able to use the landline number at all. Moreover, the activation process where it requires you to send a picture of your id and a selfie of you holding the selfie is time consuming, frustrating and questionable. И качайте другое приложение, у которого на самой иконке написано esim. Вот там да, вы можете накупить себе прекрасных электронных sim card (esim) и значительно экономить на мобильном интернете за рубежом. Желаю успеха! ### 1/5 — Poor set up support *2023-10-11* Have tried to setup this eSIM both in Canada and now New Zealand. Besides selling me data, the how-to instructions are hard to find, and when you find them they are not specific to my iPhone and are frustrating despite hours of work on my part. Uploading a photo of your passport and credit card feels like a pfishing scam. Despite that, still no service. Once I get it working and use up my paid for data, I will never use this eSIM company again. Just spent 30 minutes on auto-hold trying to speak to customer service. 😞 ### 1/5 — Warning!!! eSIM replacement cost 1€ *2023-09-27* I’ve been using BNESIM for a couple of trips to Europe. It worked well. But when I got a new phone, I was told that it’ll cost €1 to “replace” the eSIM and supposedly it’s company policy. It’s totally ridiculous that eSIM would cost money to be generated and transferred. В моем случае минут через 12 выскочила ошибка в активации (а последствии я понял, что это норма тк активацию включил в РФ). При приземлении в Анталии повторно переключился на данную сим-карту и о чудо - тариф был активирован о чем я получил смс сообщение и стабильное интернет соединение!
