This app has been built and designed with the resident at heart.   Simple visitor parking without the hassle of scratch cards or paper permits.   This app is only for use on dedicated schemes, you will receive notification prior to implementation. So how does it work? Once your profile has been registered with your tenancy details, simply enter your visitors vehicle registration to begin the parking session. Parking is on a first come, serve basis in accordance with the signage within your car park and booking is advised or arrival only. View your parking session in real-time with the ability to purchase additional parking hours (scheme dependent). To work out how much time you have used, you have to look at the entire history and add up the minutes for the current period. And there’s no indication of when that starts or ends - so you have to guess. This appears to be an App which justifies when a fine might be applied rather than any kind of help for users to manage their visitor parking allowance. Also, it needs to be able to remember cars so you can park them again without trying to remember the reg. You have to type the reg each time and if you mistype it, your visitor could be fined; there’s no check on whether it actually matches a vehicle. You can’t even copy a previous one. Plus it’s buggy. Clicking Park My Visitor doesn’t work first time, I have to click other buttons and the Hours button in Parking History does nothing. I hope someone reads this and makes a serious attempt to make it useable. I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because so far, it hasn’t actually crashed. ### 1/5 — Basic and does not cover all sites *2024-12-21, version 2.0* The app is very busy and it doesn’t cover all areas they manage ### 2/5 — Very basic *2024-10-22, version 2.0* I had to download this app as where I live is now permit parking only. It works ok but very annoying you can’t save peoples car reg/name, rather than having to put it in every time. It would also be good if there was a way to set a reminder to end the session as I’m quite a forgetful person, so having a notification option at maybe 30 min intervals would be a really good idea, as I’m sure people would’ve forgotten to end their sessions like I almost did yesterday! ### 1/5 — The worst App I have ever used *2024-09-25, version 2.0* If you want to park in one of the car parks covered by this app you have to: Have a utility bill on hand. Have your passport or driver’s licence on hand. Spend time filling in an onboarding form that doesn’t work - your address is unhelpfully pre filled in with car park addresses, so unless you live in a car park tough. At this point I gave up. Utter shambles. Number plate recognition does work and you will get a fine in the post. There’s a 30p booking fee. No Apple Pay so you need a physical card. I can’t stress too much that a couple of pound coins was all you needed for parking. ### 1/5 — Bad app, useless company who rip you off a *2023-09-08, version 1.9* Wish I can give -5 stars ### 1/5 — Pretty useless *2023-04-28, version 1.8* I rarely write reviews but I have to say I did everything as instructed just to find I still can’t log in. Called support and they ask you to send an email to another team but can’t tell when you’ll hear back. Been 8 days since I registered, it shouldn’t be this difficult or inconvenient to get into the app. ### 5/5 — Solid app *2022-12-15, version 1.7* Great app if you follow the simple instructions.
