Thanks developers! ### 5/5 — Life changer! *2020-06-12, version 1.7.1* It’s like an angel whispering in your ear each day as to how to live a better life. I read one card at night and then read the same card again in the morning for reinforcement. I really like the non-scroll interface: the front side of the card explains the virtue and why it is important; the flip side of the card tells you how to practice the virtue. No endless scrolling! I love the shake feature where a random card is selected to give you a virtue for the day or virtue for the moment. The journal feature is cool too to record my thoughts. You can record a voice recording if you don’t feel like typing. The interface is simple and each virtue is beautifully written and meaningful. I wish this app existed when my children were young. I would have read them a virtue each night at dinner or before bed. I bought all decks as they were very reasonably priced. This app has an excellent return on a very small investment. The only improvement I would suggest is to let users choose a plain background for the cards as some were hard to read with the schmaltzy image in the background. Still worth a five star rating though and I can see why most people would like the softer presentation. ### 5/5 — LOVE THESE CARDS!!! *2020-05-29, version 1.7.1* So well written! You can give yourself and others an AWESOME bit of inspiration, by saving your favs to lists to read until they are part you, and I post them to social media or text to my friends when they need a boost! I also take screen shots and print them to put some on the fridge so the whole family can presence more “Grace” and “Fortitude” and “Zeal” and any other Virtues you’d like to integrate more in your life! This free version gives you multiple decks to choose from, and you can take a deeper dive into them as well! I’ve been using it with my two young sons as a way to achieve a greater focus on virtues in our home. My boys like shaking the phone for a random pick. We read the card, then briefly discuss the virtue and opportunities to demonstrate it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Why? *2020-11-22* Why do I need to log in with google or an email account? I download it to my local device hence it is on my device which I have full access. I am not creating an account just to use a local app. Thank you for wasting my time. 1 Star for you!!!!! Would have been 0 but Apple doesn’t allow it. ### 1/5 — Bad Privacy Policy *2020-11-21, version 1.8.2* Sounds like a great idea, spread some good! Don’t forget to read that Privacy Policy of theirs. Wow. I did not see that coming after getting here watching that Dara lady talk about this app. They are going to Hoover up your data if you let them. The work you guys do is so important especially in our everyday busy lives and highly structured world. One request is if you can make an update so that the app is compatible with the new generation iPhones with the notch... It's still a bit difficult to navigate around in the current virtues card version..
