rented a car from Virtuo at Nice Airport on May 16. During the rental, the car key was not working properly, I received no support, and the car was not locking correctly through the app.

Virtuo later charged me €200 for a tiny scratch without proof that I caused it. The only evidence provided was photos taken three days before my rental. Despite several emails, they refused to refund the charge.

Desde que trabajan con BSP-auto la reservas fatal!!! Ya había alquilado 2 veces en Virtuo cuando no tenía nadie de por medio y todo perfecto, ahora con BSP-AUTO, FATAL!!!!! no hay para filtrar por tipo de coche familiar o 7 plazas etc….. desde luego me desinstalaré la aplicación porque ahora no ayuda mucho. No lo recomiendo ahora, antes si pero ahora NO!!!!!

Première et dernière location chez Virtuo. En gros départ familial en vacance, je loue une BMW X1 "ou équivalent" avec livraison directement à domicile pour m'éviter de perdre du temps. Je reçoit en livraison à la place une Audi Q2... Un modèle au prix d'achat 33% moins cher, avec une capacité de coffre et d'habitacle à 75% de la X1. Le service client m'assure qu'il s'agirait d'un modèle de la même catégorie (sur aucun critère objectif). Sans la capacité de coffre nécessaire pour notre départ, je demande l'annulation du contrat, qu'ils me refusent en me menaçant de payer des pénalités... Au final ils me proposent le X1 mais il faut que j'aille le chercher moi même à Bercy! Je paume 4h à me trimballer les enfants pour rien alors que j'avais justement pris un service de livraison à domicile pour éviter cette galère, avec 7h de route à suivre... Dans le garage de Virtuo il y avait trois X1 qui attendaient sagement... Pourquoi ne pas m'en avoir livrée une directement? Donc si on ne paie pas l'option "modèle garantis", Virtuo vous file un véhicule sous-classé, et voit si ça passe... Pour tout ces désagréments, j'ai le droit à 30€ de réduction pour la prochaine location... Ben voyons, sauf que je ferais plus appel à Virtuo donc c'est pour ma pomme!
