New update means that this app doesn’t work with my brand new iPad or old phone. Tragic really as conferences using this platform was good in the past

### 1/5 — Terrible platform.  Good idea but extremely unstable.

Used today as a paid sponsor to a regional event.  Characters very hard to control and counterintuitive - inconsistent control.  Frequently system crashes. Sounds fails continuously, so any conversation is interspersed with ‘can you hear me’ questions.  In the space of a 40 minute presentation the system crashed twice, froze my laptop, had to move to an iPad, change headsets 2 and got knocked off sound/microphone failure leading to reset, 5x in the last 2 minutes of the slide set.  Completely useless. By the time you reconnect or re-establish sound the point of the conversation is gone.  Avoid this platform at all cost, it will only cause a negative  perception on the part of your customers

From the diverse avatars to the content integration, I really enjoyed my experience over the last couple of months. Even with hundreds of people in the same scene, audio and graphics were great. 100% recommend to any company looking to create a more immersive experience with either employees or clients.
