I could not use my computer because of a scam that they claim was on my computer. They wanted money than claim I have 3 days free. I okay for them to clean but nothing happens it keeps go backwards to same things which I push buttons but nothing is removed . I want to use my computer but this scammers is still frozen and repeated the same message which nothing is done. This must be the scammer who trying to scam me for the last couple months and companies claiming they fix the problems but I have more headaches on all my computers and phone. You folks just want money to make more headaches for us seniors by scam the our computers.
