I’ve tried Calm and Headspace, but Virya EEG blows them out of the water. It uses an EEG to give real-time feedback while you meditate, and helps you learn how to do transidental meditation. It’s like having a personal meditation coach, that can see inside your brain, absolutely nuts.

In just a few weeks, I’ve seen a huge difference in my focus and stress levels. Plus, it’s so satisfying to see your progress over the days, a feature that no other app really has. If you’re serious about meditation, this app and experience is a total game-changer. #Calm who?

This app has been one of the most important things in my life that I have discovered so far. It has changed me! I am a calm app user practicing mindfulness meditation, but this app takes that to a whole other level. I transcended!! I am able to allow whatever comes in my life and look deeper into myself!
