Prefix. No US phone number exists in a drop down menu? What’s going on. Love the card but the app is useless. I can’t even create an account. Update, got a response from developer. Gave them all the info. Crickets. I’ll try here. Prefix for us phone number +1 gives Canada not the US. Impossible to link your visa signature card as it says : error has occurred. Many of the advertised Visa benefits—like lounge access, travel offers, or international perks—are not available for U.S.-issued Visa cards. Tried to use a few of them and was either denied or told they only apply to cards issued outside the U.S. This is misleading, especially when Visa promotes these programs globally. I spent an hour logging in repeatedly, getting an error (and closing the app) each time. IT WON’T ACCEPT A CANADIAN VISA CARD. The graphics are several generations out of date, low resolution and unscaleable. Completely unusable and a waste of time. Clearly developed by high school hackers or amateurs.
