In this update, we focused on operational reliability for Personal Color static photo flow.
Users and staff should now see clearer guidance when a photo is not ideal, while valid low-confidence measurements can still proceed with transparent warnings.

1. Stronger validity gating
We separated hard-block and warning paths to prevent invalid completions while keeping measurable results available.

2. Confidence consistency
Confidence band is resolved from numeric score at runtime, reducing mismatch between shown score and band labels.

3. Better diagnostics visibility
Quality and lighting diagnostics are preserved in more failure paths, helping faster issue triage.

4. UI consistency
The static photo flow now matches the app's light Cupertino design language for clearer status communication.
