When I went. To use it today, it said it was not available anymore, so I looked up why. It said it was because the it is now part of a “Visible Body Suite” that I have to purchase for an additional $34.99, even though I have already paid for a Visible Body app. It is not right to double-charge customers for an app that has already been purchased. ### 1/5 — NO LIVE SUPPORT *2026-02-27, version 6.4.17* I purchased the subscription yesterday. I made my account with my Gmail and the subscription it charged to my apple account which is linked to my iCloud (obviously, it has to be) . When I tried using the app today it is giving me a message that says “ This Visible Body account is not associated with an active subscription, but the Apple ID being used on this device has already purchased a subscription.” !! I have paid for it but I can’t log into what kind of BS is that ! ### 1/5 — Thought this was free with in-app purchases? *2026-01-29, version 6.4.17* I downloaded this thinking it was free but with in app purchases. It’s no! It’s £34.00! That is quite deceiving.
